Saints Row Downloaded Music?

Question

I have owned Saints Row for a few months and I've always wanted to know what the point of the downloaded music catagory at the record store was? How do I get music into this folder and where does it come from?

That is music that you have from your computer or on your hard-drive. Or at least I'm pretty sure that is what it is. I know I've played my own playlists, streaming the music from my computer, in Saints Row before. So that is most likely what it is.
