Mary Kay makes an awesome oil-free make-up remover and it's the only one I've found that removes waterproof mascara. It isn't drying, is very moisturizing. LOVE IT!

Spend some extra money on good remover like clinique or lancome, I personally like cliniques makeup remover better then lancome. Plus the makeup remover normally last a long time because you are spending the money for the good stuff, so it last longer.

Pond's Cold Cream is amazing for taking off hard to remove eye makeup. Just close your eye, rub some on your eyelashes and eyelid, then wipe off with a tissue or cotton swab. It works so well and is non-irritating.

there are many ways that you can remove this. you could use soapy water, baby wipes (might hurt a little if you have sensitive skin), or you can use a little baby oil and rubs right off. just because with to much by your eyes.
