Up to today, I could restore system to previous state, defrag, go to msconfig--today all the computer says is you don't have administrative services to open this. Everytime I try to open or do anything at all, that is what I get. Do I have to do a restore on my computer? I hate to lose ALL my saved files and I don't know how to save them nor have disks to do it anyhow. Please if anyone knows how, please explain as you would to a 6 yr. old--I'm 61, but for this problem, wouldn't matter. Thanks for any help!!!!

Depending on you operating system. There are numerous ways to fix windows problems. Try rebooting when you computer starts to boot press F8 a few times. This will bring up a text menu of options there you can restore to a previous state.
