I can't say much about Baltimore, but I've lived in L.A. for the past seven years. It was tons of fun in my early 20s (lots of fun stuff to do), but now it's gotten to be REALLY expensive, and traffic is always bad. I feel safe, and the weather is great, but I think I'm over the "scene". It's funny, whenever I go out in L.A. I feel like a troll, but as soon as I leave the greater Los Angeles area I have guys throwing themselves at me. There's too much pressure to look a certain way.

Well it depends on many things.First take the climate.Baltimore freezes in winter with snow and cold winds and little sunshine.LA has a milder temperature and is sunny mostly.Secondly what kind of ethnic group you are.If you speak Spanish,You will enjoy LA.Thirdly you will be spending most of the time driving or on roads and will face traffic jams and delays.

Baltimore...L.A is full of smog and drive by shootings....Also it is expensive and full of flakes
