Yes...I am certain with 100% certainty. Only because it is about 99.9999% impossible that he could not have done something nice. As opposed to the character we see in movie, no one truly is Dr. Evil (who if you think about it really did like his son, so even he wasn't 100% evil).

Of course he did lots of nice things for the German people. That's how he won them over. He even set up a program that gave German worker a free yearly vacation to the coast.
Of course killing over 6 million Jews superseded any nice things he may have ever done.

I actually have helped blind human beings throughout the line and off trains and onto their next destination. yet some previous everybody is very careful of all of us providing help and those days rightly so. one component that I actually have talked about is they use the quote " In my day we had manners " one component that grates me is the actuality you may carry a door open for them and they say no longer some thing, and that takes position plenty.

He probably did do nice stuff to people he loved. The problem: He hated a whole lot more than he loved.

he may have done all of that . so little is known about his childhood .
one thing he did do that was great was to remember how bad mustard gas was when he was in world war one and because he remembered that he did not use this gas in battle in the war
