VB Programming Software?

I want to get a software package to program in VB and create executables. What should I use?

Go to Torrentspy.com and type in visual basic, you can download the torrent, but you will need to download the client as well which is advertised on the site. It filters out bad materials and is 99.9% safe, so just download, and enjoy, this is how i got my copy, though it is illegal to download it unless you have an original copy... which im sure you have (wink)

If you're taking a computer science class like me, I'd just ask your teacher to burn you a copy. That's what I did and now I've got the full version of vb 5.
