???? If I go in the mens room when my wife goes in the womens' I usually come out first. If guys have held it a long time, then maybe it will take longer, but not minutes and minutes. If your guy is in there a while just to urinate, he is also probably doing something else.

I think I would have to agree that the bladder capacity is larger for men than woman. I have not been able to find any information to explain why it may take longer to pee. According to Wikipedia:
The urinary bladder can hold approximately 17 to 18 ounces (500 to 530 ml) of urine, however the desire to micturate is usually experienced when it contains about 5 to 7 ounces (150 to 200 ml).
