Here's what still up from last season on the Yahoo Fantasy Baseball page...
"Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball runs throughout the entire 2006 baseball regular season, which begins on Sunday, April 2 and is scheduled to end on Sunday, October 1.
Full season registration begins on Thursday, February 2 and continues until Saturday, April 29.
Registration for the midseason game begins on Monday, May 15 and continues until Saturday, June 17. The midseason contest will begin with the games played on Monday, June 19."
...so based on that I'd start checking right away in early February.

Baseball Registration starts remarkable after the Superbowl. it could have began in the past yet yahoo needed activities followers to be focusing on the Superbowl fairly then the fable baseball. If registration would not start up on the Monday or Tuesday after the superbowl that's going to be no later then mid- February.

I'm pretty sure you can start joing and making leagues in the middle or end of February.
