They respresent organizations so that they can look like good people and because of taxes, they buy millions worth of property, go to expensive hotels and countries and shop all day. For what? For starring in a movie or selling a cd. Maybe we need to stop being there bank accounts because we dont get anything out of it but debt!!

Gee, shouldn't they. After all, entertainment IS more important than education, medicine and poverty. Right?
This is where OUR country is heading. Higher values and compensation for people who are talented no doubt at what they do, but to pay them more than someone who saves lives every day, or someone who holds the future of children in their classrooms every day is to me unbelieveable. The least they could do is set DECENT examples for people.

Because they make money for agents, brand names and companies, etc. I couldn't believe that Vanna White makes almost 6mil a year for pushing on a button to light up a letter, and get a star of the Hollywood Walk of Fame! I thought that was for movie stars who have made an impact on the movie industry.Can you imagine, if everyone of them (movie stars, bands and singers) donated $1 million of their money to the hungry and homeless in the country how much money could be raised?

Well, I don't get "debt" out of them, becaue I don't use credit cards to view their movies.
Yeah, I think that they are way overpaid and over hyped, but I don't "hate" that fact.
It's like this. They have their life and I have mine. They have their job and I have mine. And sometimes I go to the movies.
I buy my cd's at used bookstores and rarely, if ever, buy DVD's. Unless it's just a really great DVD, like PJ's Lord of the Rings...

The thing that I hate more than rich celebrities is rich kids like Paris Hilton. They really don't have to lift a finger, they just get paid by being stupid.

they may entertain us but i feel that those who do so much more for us such as OUR TROOPS,fire fighters ect.deserve the pay an actors get.
