how do you make those little music note tings i cant figure it ou tive tryed i know how to do the heart but not that and do you know anyother things cause im clueless

Its Alt + 1 + 4 (using the keypad with NumLock on, not the numbers above the letters)...

or, if all else fails.. go to Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Character Map and find whatever symbol you want to use. Copy and Paste it from there :)
By the way, a heart is made using Alt + 3 ♥
