I am in alot of pain in my low back and i am starting to feel really nauseous. Any advise on this?

Get a BIG exercise ball and sit on it. While you are sitting on it, just move your bottom around. This will encourage your pelvis to open and baby to move further down, taking pressure off your back.

Um, sounds like your going into labor. If you are having contractions too then the baby is pushing down further and your body is rapidly preparing to expell(give birth) to the baby.

Maybe you should call a doctor just to be sure. This same thing happened to me a few hours before I gave birth to my son.

sounds like back labor. It can be either a dull achy feeling in your lower back, or a sharp stabbing pain in your lower back. either way, i think the turkey might be done. congratulations, and good luck.

Honey any time you feel pain is a good sign,?once you stop feeling pain it means your no longer alive. Pain is your friend just keep saying it.

try to walk more often,it Will help to lessen the pain.you can give birth anytime soon.try stretching as well.

Dear, it sounds like you are in Labor. Many women have all of their Labor in their back. Please seek medical attention. I am very serious.
