I am a 17 year old male and have a problem. I have had numerous girlfriends in the past, but for some reason, they never want to go all the way. Any time we talk about sex, they seem to be afraid of diseases or pregnancy. We have talked about it and planned ahead even (for safety), but they shy away. It seems to be like this with every couple in high school. Is every high school like this these days?

I hope that every high school is like that cause that means the kids are getting smarter about sex as for you you just have to wait until the girl and yourself are ready for sex and the consequence that can come with it so just wait until you are older and able to handle it

Maybe @ that moment, the gurls get scared and realize that they re not ready. You cant blame em, cos remember sex is a really special thing and unless both you and the gurl know that you'll are entirely ready, should you'll have sex. And how do you'll know if you'll are entirely sure? Well, because you guys wont have 2nd thoughts as the time approaches. I know my high school is a mixture of the two types of couples..

My high school is pretty much like that except for a select few people. But please don't rush It. I'm a 16 year old girl and whenever guys pressure me into having sex I have to just get out of it. I am waiting until marriage and thats how alot of girls in my school feel.
And there are so many negative things that could happen
But hey if you really want to have sex with someone, go for one of those bad party girls, I bet they won't mind! haha

Be thankful that you have dated some really smart girls. They have their head on straight whereas it seems like you have some maturing to do. Girls want to be respected . . .. in high school they (and you) are too young to emotionally handle sex. Be more respectful and quit talking about it and making plans. There's plenty of other things you can talk about and do that makes the relationship more meaningful. Learn how to romance a girl. That's what they really like and makes them feel special.

I beleive high school is too young to have sex even with protection. It is all up to you and your mate if your readdy. I have two ideas for you
1- just keep trying
2. Wait until your married or at least an audult find the right girl and than it will happen dont worry.

They are smart. You should learn from them. Its stupid to have sex while your in high school. dont push girls to have sex with you if they aren't ready or dont want to then you will just have to either date older girls or just stop trying. when girls have sex in high school every guy expects to get some when ever they are with these girls and its horrible. keep it in your pants until your older.

do u live in a relatively religios town? that might me the reason. also, for girls, it takes a long long timne for us to be ready for that
