What does goals, achievments, helping others and extracurricular activities mean to you and why?

goal: something for which you aim or try to achieve

achievements: things you have accomplished as you progress

helping others: doing things for other people who need your help

extracurricular activities: things you participate in that are beyond the curriculum, not required

I don't know why, just common usage.
