I am a Chinese with US permanent residency. I plan to fly to the Netherlands then I go to take a train to France.
Do I just need a Visa for only the Netherlands or do I need one for Netherlands, Brussels and France? (the train starts in Netherlands than goes through Brussels then ends in France) Or is there a E.U. visa I can get?

All you need is a Schengen visa obtained from any of the EU countries embassies that have implemented the Schengen agreement. That should be sufficient for you to enter and travel within these countries in Europe. These countries are Belgium,
France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Have a nice trip!
