I see alot of rap radio stations are being closed down for being too racist.
There are too many young children that sing lyrics about wanting to be hoes,capping whitey,smoking crack and gang stuff.
Now parents are speeking up to get these stations to tame the music or shut them down.
Have you had a racist rap station in your town get shut down?
Do you think this will help stop some of the racism out there?

Unfortunately, closing down radio stations won't stop the problem.
But, if enough parents voice their concerns via their elected officials, the problem would be reduced even further.

they are only getting closed down cause they throwing racist marks towards white people, but the second white nazis or the kkk starts dropping bombs towards non whites- all the police can say is, freedom of speech as much as we want to we cant do anything.
the someone a non white calls a white person cracker freedom of speech dont apply.
it wont stop anything, the original racist are whities their hate causes all the other races to hate them and each other, its a circle that will never end. bob aint pinning all our problems on white people, im just saying black people didnt make the n word or hispanic people didnt burn crosses

no, never. The rap station in my twon is No.1 in this market. They wont be shutting it down cause it makes too much money.
but then again, the station here doesn't play that watered down commercial poison rap that you see on BET and MTV, they play real hip hop, so maybe thats whats happening.

ok anything run by most anyone is racist. The ability to use some words that others can't is racist (ex. the N word) so yes rap is racist but no more racist than metal which has beats and riffs that most black culture cannot conform to along with tejano and the god awful accordion that only hispanics can hear without vomitting (well hispanics and irishmen) so yeah it is racist but censorship is wrong, the govt. has enought power as it is....and in that good sense **** **** ASSBABY DOUCHEBAG LOLLY **** FLAVORED POP AND BARBARA STREISAND

no there is a such thing as free speech and if people don't want there kids to listen they could pay a little more attention to them and shut off the radio and stop buying them the Cd's

Song lyrics or videos dont make people who they are. Most people are reflectins of their upbringing by their parents.
