Not to sure about that but there are plenty of things for teens to do in Vegas. The shows at Ceasars Palace are superior, and the roller coaster ride at the top of the one hotel is worth the trip itself. You may not be able to gamble but the lights and the experience will all be worth it!

I think there is one called the Hooka Lounge...you'd have to look it up. I heard it was on Sahara or somewhere around there. I live in Vegas but I haven't found this place yet

No, because if you're under 21, you really don't belong in Vegas.
