do you make eye contact with them...like full on ...during the whole conversation??? I don't know why I don't like to make eye contact....is that weird???

don't make eye contact the entire conversation. maybe half of it spread out.
if you're flirting or you like this person alot or it's someone close, then eye contact is more fine

I try to make eye contact and yes it is weird but for some it is not easy to look others in the eye.

NO THAT'S NOT WEIRD!!!! I do it too but it usually depends on who I'm talking to, like if it's my crush or some of my guys friends i won't make eye contact, but with most of my girl-friends i make eye contact. It's not weird, alot of people do it.

Most of the time I do.but, I always need to look away to think about what I am saying,because if I don't then my mind will wonder and I will distract myself by thinking such things as.......

Either way...my Aunt always claims that I break eye contact not to think or not for insecurity,but because I am trying to lie or make something up.
So, not true.lol Gr...very frustrating....but I have always broken eye contact with her because she has a few big moles on her face and I don't want to get caught starring at them...or distract my thought by thinking about them.But...I can't tell her that.Lmao
Anywho, try practicing it...it's not as hard as it seems...and once your use to it...you will do it w/o even thinking about it.

I make eye contact alot, but I look away every once in a while because I'll start day dreaming if I just stare into their eyes.

The only people I look at in full eye contact is the people I am comfortable with or flirting with. All others its just creepy.

I do the same thing. For some reason, I can't seem to make complete eye contact with anyone.

I don't like to make eye contact either. I've got nothing to hide, I'm not shy, it just makes me uncomfortable. I'm an almost clinical introvert (like about a 20 on the Meyers-Briggs scale) and I don't like talking to people. My career path has required me to get out of this comfort zone even though it goes against every thing I am hard wired to prefer. I think psychologically it may be like, "if I'm not looking at them, they can't see me."
I can't decide if that's more sad or funny. lol!!

It's not weird at all. Most people don't like to be stared straight into their eyes. In some cultures it's considered a sign of aggresssion.

full on, the entire time, intensely, is freiking wierd. i read in some article online or whatever, that maintaining eye contact during a conversation shows confidence and not doing it means your self concious or something, and im like, yeah i get what theyr saying but seriously it shouldnt be like a friekin staring contest because that is extremely awkward.
