Recently bought the Wii and would like to play gamecube titles on it. You can do this,right!? Also are you able to use the arcade style controller to do so?

Put the disc in and choose it from the Wii Menu as you would any other game, though it will just show a generic GameCube notification rather than showing a graphic for the specific game.
You can't use the Wii Classic Controller if that's what you mean by arcade style controller. To play GameCube games you'll need a GameCube controller and GameCube memory card to use with the ports on the left side of the system.

yeah the gamecube discs will fit in the disk drive just slide them in the middle of the slot. that is assuming that you are asking where to put the disk.

you just plug in your gc controller and put in your gc disc, it should be able to read it right away and there you go ready to play!
