if this includes guns then it could be samus, unlimited power beam against master chiefs guns but he needs that ammo, plus samus can turn into morph ball form so i guess samus wins this one, unless master chief has an energy sword...

Id say Master Chief because i woke up at 4:30 this morning just to get the Beta.... Never did that before for Metroid.....Wait...Yes i did... Metroid Prime: Hunters, and the better question would be Master Chief Vs. Trace.
