i have been very open about my addiction with yahoo answers. very open to yahoo answers community that is. am slowly recovering but sometimes i relapse and so am here again.

With my addiction, that's a no. I could never let anyone find out about it, even though I'm trying as hard as I can to quit.

apart from my Y! Answers addiction, which I openly acknowledge, I had another addiction, which I kept from people. (Apart from God, whom I confessed it to.)

Addictions are generally embarrassing things that one wants to hide. In it's simplest form, it says that you are out of control.
