I lived in the Shaker Heights, Ohio are when I was a kid and we got some pretty fierce temperatures during the cold hard winter...I remember the below zero days. Sledding and snowball fights were good back in those days.

- 19 Degrees. Which I couldn't handle. I am from sunny California! I went last year to West Virginia and they had a snow storm. We were going home from dinner and it was -19 at 7:00pm. It just pierced through every layer of clothing that I was wearing. Brrrrrrr!

I once helped pour house foundations in the Bronx when it was 10 degrees farenheight (I quit that job after 4 days - the foundations ended up cracking when they installed the modular houses on top of them in the spring)
