I have an Acer Aspire 5000 notebook. Is there ANY way to upgrade graphics?

If the laptop has shared graphics memory with the ram you can go into the bios of the computer and increase the amount of ram that the graphics card can use. If you do this i would suggest upgrading the ram because you loose system memory by doing this

replace the video card but thats expensive. for better performance, you can dedicate more memory to the graphics card.
