Difference btw plain long nails with clear polish and salon french manicure?

They have the french manicure where the paint the tips white and the bottoms a clear pink. There is also an American Manicure where they paint the tips an off white and the bottom a clear color. It just makes your nails stand out more and look more polished.

When you get a salon french manicure they paint the tips bright white - it gives more definition between your nail beds and tips.
Sometimes, they use a pink or red tinted clear polish and sometimes they use opaque lavenders, pinks or beiges over the nail (after the white tips have been painted on.

a manicure is just a basic color. french manicure is a tip at the end, can be any color french manicures also take longer to do

French nails are supposed to be a light opaque pink color with white tips but generally, beauty schools teach students to use clear and clear pink. Clear pink as in it just looks like clear nail polish tinted red. Hope that was helpful.

in a french manicure you get the tips painted btw if your going to get your nails done get your toes done too they massage your feet it feels great!!!
