Buying or selling accounts or tools is against Runescape policy, and against the law. Because Runescape accounts, though they are yours uniquely, are not your property. They are Runescape's property. Such actions can classify as a class B felony.

firstoff runescape doesnt like real world gold or item trading. its against the rules. account trading is against the rules too.

You're not suppose to buy gold or accounts.
