Wait let me put my drink down before I answer that, I have a great friend who drinks a 6 pack a night and 2 a night on the weekends and they work never had a ticket and function better than most whom dont drink and I dont consider them an alcohlic
You are gonna have to answer that for your self .
Just dont drink and drive or drive and drink please ... thankie

Nah. Beer's made from grain and you need several servings of grains per day according to the nutrition charts.
