Yes, they're only phone bills.
And they're sitting there on Capitol Hill.

By free speech, your apparently seeing surface level here. You have the right to say what you want, where you want.... To some extent. And your using a device that allows you to speak over long distances, that uses electrcity. And guess what? that use costs money.
