Firstly genes, chromosomes. Then the metabolism, as we grow up, and pick up food habits. The way our 'system' reacts to weather conditions, work conditions, to the extent that they are the offshoots of biology (healthwise): biology is all about the machine that human body is, and therefore our behaviour, a measure of our 'efficiency' in interaction with society, is decided a lot by the conditioning and up-keep of the machine, a matter of biology!
