if it will not work what will? id prefer a usb wireless connection

psp wifi max is a usb plug in that lets you create a wireless access point for the psp i want to know will that access point work for the xbox and ps3

It will for the PS3 I have it set up that way at home. But as far as 360............it's not Wi-Fi enabled you have to buy an adaptor for it.

I forgot to mention the 60 GB PS3 is the only one with WIFI connection if you have a 20 GB model you have to connect it with a wire. I was playing with mine last night and couldn't get y PSP and PS3 to connect using it. But it might be some adjustments that I have to make but both of them was on the internet together. They just couldn't connect to one another so I could play my PS3 games on my PSP.

Your question doesn't make sense. Are you asking if you can get internet access for the PS3 and 360 through the PSP? Well, answer is no. The PSP is not an access point or a wireless router.
