...but women are guilty of being addicted to trashy TV soap operas...

And "The Days of Our Lives" has just as much steamy sex as porn does with stupidly implausible, dumb and far-fetched storylines -- just like porn!

I'm not. Are you? Indulging in the lust of the flesh through any of the five senses, including visual, outside of heterosexual monogomous pure holy matrimony and having your own husband or wife is simply wrong. Lusting with the eyes is adultery. Enjoying those who commit adultery, fornication, indecent exposure (lewdness), by watching them and enjoying makes the viewer just as guilty as having participated in those sins. The Bible gives examples of all these sins but does not condone or exhalt or glamorize them in doing so. The eyes are the windows of the soul. We should be careful what our eyes see. So, here's one woman who is not guilty. I like true pure romance and old fashioned chivalry but not smut! Can you believe gentlemen still open the doors for a lady when they see one? It's true, even in this day and time. Men, there are still real ladies left who won't be cheating on you lusting after others while you are hard at work and ladies, there are still real men left who will not become addicted the fantasies or other women through vain imaginations. These are called old fashioned people with morals and more often than not they are also Christians.

As simple as it may sound, the Bold and Beautiful shows a life of tragic boldness and beautifulness that most women don't see or have in their lives...it is an escape from your own dramas into someone else's fictional drama. Or even better, it is a means of allowing women to relate their drama to the drama of a fictional character...

PS. I myself do not watch this trash...

I'll admit I USED to watch Days of Our lives in like the sixth grade when I thought the fictional, sex crazed lives of the Salem gang were so enthralling. I soon woke up and realized that I just wanted to watch so I could feel as if I were living vicariously through these glamorous people.
