The song has to be about a girl named Racheal. I dont know if there is one but hopefully someone can find one or knows of one. So yeah song and artist would be great thanks to all who try and help.

There is/was a Cleveland band called Beau Coup that had a GREAT song called "Sweet Rachel". It is taken from the Born & Raised (On Rock & Roll) cd.
