Dear Lanie - Here is the web site you will need. http://atlas.nrcan.gc.ca/site/english/maps/archives

Scan down the page to the 5th Edition 1978-1995 and go to the Climate Section. Click on the Annual Sunshine entry. You will get an atlas that you can blow up on your screen or download as a pdf file.

There is no Average days of sunshine for Canada.

Each little area would have it's own statistical rating for this, but the country as a whole is too big for this generalization
