I was looking at a picture of my husband who past away last year I always cry when I look of pics of us together cus well I really loved him and miss him with all my heart

Last time I really cried was when my parents got divorced. That was about 16 years ago.
Choked up and unable to talk is a different question.
Nothing today, but when I saw Saving Private Ryan and thought about my grandfather's service in WWII, I couldn't talk or swallow for about a half hour.
