I will use the Nokia 6682 for benchmark. Let me start with the Pros.
The N72 is lighter than the 6682, it also has a better battery life. It has very nice radio (Visual and FM). You can specify your country and city and it’ll retrieve a list with the radio stations available in that particular city. The N72 also has a dedicated music key, which takes you to the Music Files gallery. However, when you access the Music gallery it takes about 17 seconds before it loads (this is if you have the older firmware only. If that's the cause with your N72 simply update the firmware with Nokia Software Updater and problem will be gone). The speaker of the N72 is louder and crisper than the 6682. The camera is a little bit better, but not much. If you want to edit a picture or a video you have more options on the N72. It came with 128MB DV-RS MMC, and the phone’s internal memory is 20MB, which makes the phone run lot smoother and allows for running multiple apps at the same time. It has HOT SWAPABLE Memory. It also offers some good upbeat ringtones. It has active standby as well. Most of the THEMES and Software that I have collected for my 6682 work on the N72 as well. Of course I like the design better, and it’s European tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz, EGPRS) which is a BiG thing for me. Best of all you can update your phone’s FIRMWARE at home using the Nokia Updater from Nokia site.
The CONS:
I dislike the CONTACTS MENU, because you can not set your contacts to be displayed by FIRST NAME FIRST(this is only on the Asian version of the phone. If you have the US version then you can set your contacts to display first name first.). If you have the Asion version N72, the FONTS seema bit funky. They seem tiny and skinny. Another disadvantage is that you can’t access your camera’s settings unless you slide the cover down, while the 6682 will allow you to access the camera settings even when the lens cover is closed. The N72 is not 3G (no UMTS), and the keys are smaller, which makes text messaging harder especially if you have fat fingers like I do. The phone shell has very fine polish and every time you touch the phone it “takes your fingerprints” no matter how clean your hands are. The Voice Dialing doesn’t seem to work too good, it rarely recognizes my commands or it is perhaps because of my accent.
Overall I think it is a very good phone with excellent music capabilities, but if I have to be honest it’s a fancier looking 6682 with few more features. It’ll just take me couple days to get used to it. There you have it. I like it and I am happy with it.

Really sorry for you! Its nearly impossible in our system. I have had it many a time. Most of the times they take a complaint as Lost only - else theft means filing an FIR. They will say they will look into it. But will hardly - since they get n number of such complaints and are lazy to go behind each and every complaint. May be if you can still somehow coerce them into getting to do start the hunt - If you have the IMIE # then police and service provider can search for the phone on their network. IMIE # being phone unique and can trace phone on any network. Good Luck!
