how do i "manually update" songs on my iPod?

I just came across a site that sends you an iPod for free! I'm ordering mine right now, going for the black one :)

when you connect your ipod it's in the 'summary' tab. there's a radio button near the bottom that says 'manually manage music'. check that one and you should be good to go. btw, this is on the mac version of itunes. i'm not sure if the pc version is the same. hope this helps.
