As nudists your family should understand sexuality better than most people. I think your aunt was wrong to scold you. It would have been better if she had councelled you a little on controlling your sexual urges.
But at 16 I think it is understandable that you aren't completely in charge of all of your bodily functions all of the time.
Of course you now know that if you feel something like that taking you over, that it would be better to excuse yourself, & cover up until you get things back under control.
If you are determined to talk to your parents 1st then tell them that you lost control of yourself before you knew it, & that it won't happen again if you can help it.
Your aunt over reacted & you found the whole situation one big embarrassment.
I am sure they will understand.

Most men get erections very easily even when the wind blows. So you getting one from looking at your cousin doesn't make you a pervert. What would make you a pervert would be you having sexual feelings for your cousin or making a move towards your cousin. Just tell your parents that it happened and don't make it a big deal. Your parents will know that you didn't mean anything by it.

it is their fault that their 13 12 months previous daughter become allowed to stroll bare in the front of a boy who's already 16 years previous. you're a guy- you're dealing with puberty and would't controll it. it is under no circumstances your fault, and that i advantageous as hell wish you at the prompt are not getting blamed for it. confer with your father and mom, and remember to point that you've been ashamed and the priority bothers you. it is so that you'll be able to say, no longer your aunt. What become your aunt gazing for? No reaction in any way? purely lay it out. "mom, dad- this finished nudist element is(no offense) embarrassing. I blah blah... and that i'm truly sorry, and the finished element is bothering me- so ought to it purely end?" straight forward and sparkling(Yeah, it particularly is a music, too... yet) is the way you should bypass.

At sixteen you can pop wood with the slightest breeze. It is perfectly natural. As parents they should be aware that these things sometimes happen. As nudists they should expect them to happen regularly with a teenage son with plenty of visual stimuli. Don't worry about it too much.

If your family were really nudists they would know that what you had was a normal and natural response to a nude female form.

What you experienced is called nature . . . your aunt should know that . . . given her lifestyle. I am afraid your aunt is a hypocrite . . .
if you parade it, you gotta accept the consequences more.
And because MOST of the rest of the population knows about nature, We do NOT go around nude, because there are
veryyyyy few people we want to see naturally.
Now that you understand better, you can rethink this choice.
Sorry, don't know what to tell you about the parents . .
I never could understand people who parade publicly.

Considering the lifestyle.... they ought to understand and be open minded. Perhaps this should be a lesson for them.
