Zac didnt quit and has been cast as Troy for HSM 2
Drew filled in for Zac on the tour because Zac was filming Hairspray and could not participate in it.

Zac Efron was working on his movie Hairspray. He had commited to that earlier than he did to the tour.
Zac Efron does not lip sing. It really is his voice, but his voice is mixed with Drew Seely's in the movie.
So because Zac couldn't make it, Drew filled in for him.

bcoz zac is filming hairspray and he lipsings on high school musical.. it was drew seely who sang on hsm..

he couldn't tour he is filming the movie Hairspray with Amanda Bynes Soo he pretty much ditched them to film a movie and disappointed all of his fans oh well he is still is gonna be in HSM2

that is why he hasnt been on any of the commercials or anything
but he will still be in the movie
