I thought funeral processions drove with lights on, even in the daytime? That's how you can tell, besides the fact of the long line of solid black vehicles going about 2 mph down the road. Or is the lights on at day only for like political people or whatever? The last 2 or 3 processions I've seen had all the headlights on, during the day.

I would make a U turn and drive the other direction. In my city, the laws regarding funeral processions are so confusing, there are about 5 ways they can lock you up and hang you at sundown. Honestly, you don't know whether to sh** or go blind.

in no way heard of a funeral at evening, yet next time you recognize there is going to be one, walk in front of the procession. if we don't hear anymore from you, we are going to take that as a "sure"

interesting question...that would be a resounding NO. That would just be silly, and you might have another funeral because of it.
