Arizona is a good sunshine state to live or retire in- about 300 days of the year are sunny. Because of this, its cities have some of the highest growth rates in the country.

Weather wise Minnesota is a pretty good state. The only bad things there are really just snow storms which rarely happen in the southern, popular areas. Its a cozy place, I live here!

I grew up in California (the Bay Area, to be precise) and it's absolutely perfect. After my husband visited for the first time, he said it was "Paradise". I have to agree. Hawaii is also very nice as far as weather, but I've been told that to actually live there, it's not all that it's cracked up to be.

Florida is too hot.. trust me i live there..... Utah is amazing, you get all 4 seasons with all around good weather. It almost never rains but it does snow quite a bit in the winter.
