If the car will not crank it is either a bad battery or a bad connection. Check with a volt meter

IF ITS FUEL INJECTED YOU MAY HAVE A CLOGGED UP INJECTOR OR BAD IGNITER IF NOT I GUARANTEE ITS THE GROUND ON YOUR NEW BATTERY OR YOUR COIL WIRE
I HAD A 280 Z AND HAVE LEARNED THE HARD WAY,IF IT IS YOUR FUEL INJECTOR YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT.ALSO IT COULD BE THAT YOUR BATTERY IS TOO SMALL (NOT ENOUGH CRANKING AMPS).
HERE IS YOUR CHECKLIST
1 BATTERY GROUND
2 CHECK COIL WIRE
3 IF ITS NOT FUEL INJECTED CHECK YOUR AUTOMATIC CHOKE

OVERALL I WOULD STILL SAY ITS A BAD GROUND CHECK AND SEE
