I had quite often morning sickness but these days,i got better and can eat alots.I have been feeling quite tiring,giddy and backache often...What shall i do to make me feel better?

I don't know about feeling Giddy maybe your lacking in something. But the other symptoms are normal and for me i needed more rest, go and get your hair done or a pedicure or your nails.
I think we really need to be pampered when we are pregnant.
I also found Elevit (a pregnancy supplement), from the Chemist did me wonders, always knew when i had run out because i would feel like crap again.

Exercise, take baths... ask for a massage from a friend (or partner) :) I exercised my entire pregnancy and had absolutely no backache- and not much to complain about!

drink lots of water, eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, stretch...

try to have pillows on your back when you sleep, eat protein foods in small meals and exercise, like walking is really good for you
