Sorry friend! Your height is determined by your genes and no amount of exercising, stretching, etc will change your height any significant amount. In very extreme situations, like a child who is abnormally short, they can cut the leg bones in half and put them back together leaving a very small space (less than a millimetre) between the bones and as the bone mends it will fill in the space with bone. However, this is a very painful and expensive procedure and at 5'6 you wouldn't be considered a candidate. You learn to live with it. I'm over 65 yr and 5'5 and I don't think I've missed out on a lot because of it. Those who matter, don't care; and those who care, don't matter.

They can strengthen your muscles, but I don-t think they can make you taller. The best thing is to capitalize on your shortness. Many women are attracted to short men. In any case, your character is what is most important. As long as you do not accept your physical size, your personality will suffer. When you accept your physical size and learn to like yourself as you are, your personality will become much more attractive.
