ethically i agree with you. unless the substance causes you to act in an illegal manner, such as driving under the influence then it should be nobodies business.... but my friend, we live in a society that dictates norms and values supposedly designed to protect the unknowing and i suppose the illegality has protected many from a bad trip or a poisoning. also it is impossible for you to contribute effectively to a system of excess production if you are smashed. Capital will never allow that, it needs your excess value.

Magic mushrooms are not illegal in Britain. As they grow nearly everywhere it would be imposible to make them. On the other hand as soon as they are dried or changed in anyway, only then are they illegal.

Because the government hasn't figured out a way to tax it so until it can be regulated, then taxed... then it will be legal. However, a hallucinogen falls under a particular category and most likely will be a long way off.
As a value judgement? Just make sure you are not procrastinating from doing the things in order to become independent in life
Even though I did it when young, I'd have a sh#t hemorrhage if my kids did Shrooms or Marijuana before they moved out from under my roof...
Because, I don't want to support loadies (slang for pot and shroom heads) until they are thirty under my roof.
Get a life and then do your mild drugs. That way you are accountable for paying for your own food and rent. Otherwise, it should be illegal for minors.

magic mushrooms are not "natural highs"
they may be "natural drugs" but they are still "drug highs"
a "natural high" is a high gotten not from drugs but from things like happiness or exercise or adrenilene rush

because the laws have to be the same for everyone. YOU might be able to handle drugs like that, but there are OTHER people who get violent, steal, etc because of drugs. These loosers who cant controld themselves when on drugs ruin it for everyone else.
