aiight i turn 16 in 5 days. i want an industrial piercing. How old do i have to be to get the piercing legally in the state of maryland without my parents permission?

Unfortunately for you you have to be 21 in Maryland, they also ask for parent supervision and agreement through paperwork for a piercing.

wow i want one of thoes too. it is the same in most states. i went to get mine yesterday, and they told my i had to be 18. places will do it with parent concent for younger ages, but i wouldent risk it, you have a higher risk for things that can go wrong. just wait till yr 18, thats what im doing, but i only have a few weeks, so if ya wanna take the risk, try to find an underage place, but it is more dangerous.
