You did not give a date. I can not find it under South Africa at least before the year 2000. I don't do much with modern coins and my catalogs on world coins, stop at that year. I keep the older coin cataloges updated, but due to cost, don't update the modern coin cataloges that much.

Just a guess, but diamonds would most likely indicate South Africa.
