No, I wouldn't think it possible right after your period ended. I mean, I'm sure some female medical conditions might cause that in some women, although I'm sure it has to be very rare.

It depends on the length of your cycle. If you have a 21 day cycle, that means that you might ovulate around day 7. You are most fertile 3 - 5 days before you ovulate. BTW, day one is the first day of your period. Hope this helps.

ovulation occurs 11-14 days into your cycle counting from the first day of your period. everybody is different but it takes some time to stimulate another egg to be ready.
