when the carton expires it will explode, make sure you are no where near the sour cream

The sour cream was already sour when you purchased it at the store, it will keep indefinitely unless there is mold growing on it, then, if lightly molded, just scrape off the mold and use it for cooking purposes.

you must have never opened your sour cream to find big chunks of blue sour cream before,because if you had you would know why,it is nasty!
