I heard he was the one that gave Daniel the pills that killed him. Maybe he only gave him one and didn't know he already took the other(s). And it has been reported that they heard Anna yelling at someone "you did this, this is your fault". Probably why they married, so she cant testify against him.

A source in the coroner's office says one of the witnesses will testify that Stern allegedly gave Daniel methadone. And we're told that the witness will testify that Stern flushed the remaining methadone down the toilet after Daniel died.

The media is now saying that Howard is the one who gave Daniel the methadone, but with all the controversy surrounding his death, it's hard to tell what is true and what is rumor...when he first died, it was first reported that she was heard screaming in the room "It's your fault, you killed him" , but that too, may just be heresay....whatever the truth is, I find it hard to believe that if in fact he had something to do with Daniel's death, Anna would have anything to do with him, as Daniel was the love of her life....when it comes out who Dannilynn's real father is (and I believe it's Larry Birkhead's), maybe things will change, but until then, rumors are going to continue to fly....

I don't care for either one of them. So, as far as I'm concerned, if they would like to get together, have a fling, and bring another son into this world, I could care less. They deserve each other.
