AdBlock for Firefox - Where is the "Obj - Tab"?

How do I find Adblock on my desktop and the Obj-Tab to disable it.

I'm having trouble using Flash Plug Ins on Firefox (IE works fine) and I've heard that this may lead to the source of the problem.

click on Tools > Add-ons
Locate the plugin, click on it to select it. Click on disable to temporarily disable it, or click on uninstall if you want to completely remove it

Adblock will be found in your Firefox Tools menu.
