I have a rash on my breasts,stomach, and thighs.... it looks almost like ant bites- a whole bunch of little pink dots- and it ITCHES SO BAD!!!!! here's my question.... do i need to call my doctor tommorow- or wait until Feb 9th for my regular appointment. also, any ideas on how to stop the itch?????

I had the liver problem that the first answerer mentioned. Its called obstetric cholestasis. I does cause severe itching, but usually not a rash. There is another disorder PUPPP, that causes itching and a rash. here is some info on it:

You do need to call your doctor right away! There is a liver dysfunction that can be fatal that causes itching all over and sometimes a rash.

To stop the itch you can take benadryl. 25-50 mg. I had that same thing and that is what my doctor told me was safe to take. The other thing is... you need to call your doctor NOW. It can be something scary (liver enzymes) or it can just be an allergic reaction. Your doctor can explain more. Please call the doctor. Good luck

call your doctor as soon as you can. its probably just a pregnancy rash that you can take benadryl for. my sister in law had a rash like that over her entire body when she was pregnant. she started with the rash in her 7th month. the rash itched like hell. but it did go away as soon as she had the baby.

i would call the doctor tomorrow and for the itch i would mix calimine lotion and baking soda together i had a rash and that helped alot!!!!
