I have an Ipod. I import my music to Itunes, and sync my ipod from there.

(I empty my ITunes library of music I have already put on my Ipod, just to have more space on my PC.)

Is there a way that I can still add new music without the playlist on my Ipod being deleted as I add new music on it?

Manually manage your music. You can add more music and your other songs won't get deleted. Just tick on the option "Manually manage music"

ADD: When you connect your iPod to the computer, in iTunes, the options will be shown, whether you want to sync everytime you connect, or if you want to mannually manage music. This is the same screen which you see when you automatically update. Another thing, if iTunes senses that your iPod has different songs from the ones in iTunes, it will ask you if you want to erase and sync with the playlist in iTunes. Click on no, then tick the "Manually manage music" option. BTW, what version is your iTunes?

First turn off the vehicle sync option. Have your ipod open in itunes. bypass to the folder the position the music is positioned that you want. Drag the selected music for your ipod interior itunes. that is going to easily import into your ipod. wish this helps a touch.
